Ingredients 
  • 3 pcs Indonesian Durian flesh
  • 100 cc Coconut milk
  • 2 Tbs white Sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 30 cc warm water
  • 100 gr Sticky rice
  • 10 gr ripen jack fruit
  • Pandan leave for garnish
Steamed sticky rice
  • 50 gr White sticky rice
  • 200 cc water
  • Salt
how to:Combine all above ingredients and cook it with the rice cooker.
 
How to Prepare:
In a stainless bowl add together the durian, coconut milk, sugar, salt, and warm water mixed all of them.
Remove seed from durian flesh and add in into the above mixture, mix them well.
Pour the Durian sauce on the top of steamed sticky rice; garnish with a slice of pandan leave & a slice of ripen Jack fruit
